Welcome to ARCEON TECH. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ARCEON TECH website, online store, products, services, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).

ARCEON TECH is an independently operated brand and online store. These Services are provided through Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store and provide ecommerce functionality.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. ABOUT ARCEON TECH

ARCEON TECH provides robotics, electronics, aircraft/RC products, components, DIY products, accessories, and related technology products and services.

ARCEON TECH is currently operated as an unregistered individual business/brand. References to “ARCEON TECH,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the operator of the ARCEON TECH store.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as representing ARCEON TECH as a company, partnership, LLP, or other registered legal entity unless expressly stated.

2. USING OUR WEBSITE

For electronic components, motors, ESCs, servos, flight controllers, batteries, robotics parts, and similar products, compatibility should be checked by the customer before purchase.

If a product description contains a significant error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, offer the customer the option to cancel the affected order and receive a refund.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS

Some products or projects may be made, modified, assembled, configured, or sourced specifically according to a customer’s requirements.

For custom orders:

  • Specifications, price, estimated completion time, and deliverables will be communicated before work begins.
  • Production or procurement may begin only after the required payment or advance has been received.
  • Once work has begun, cancellation may not be possible where materials have already been purchased, components have been customized, or significant work has been completed.
  • Custom products may not be eligible for return solely because the customer changes their mind.
  • Any applicable refund or replacement will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

We will make reasonable efforts to build or configure custom products according to the specifications agreed with the customer.

5. ROBOTICS, RC AIRCRAFT AND ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS

Some products sold through ARCEON TECH may involve electronics, motors, batteries, radio-controlled systems, aircraft, robotics, tools, or other equipment that requires technical knowledge to operate safely.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Following applicable laws and local regulations.
  • Using appropriate safety equipment and precautions.
  • Checking all electrical and mechanical connections before use.
  • Using components within their specified operating limits.
  • Ensuring that products are operated in an appropriate and safe environment.
  • Ensuring that RC aircraft, drones, robots, or other equipment are operated in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

ARCEON TECH is not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, incorrect wiring, incompatible components, misuse, modification, crashes, negligence, operation outside specified limits, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

6. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted when we confirm the order or begin processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Incorrect customer information.
  • Shipping restrictions.
  • Payment problems.
  • Errors in the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will process the applicable refund according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, the price applicable to an accepted order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order was placed.

Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, and other payment methods supported by our payment partners.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. We do not directly store complete card or banking credentials.

If a payment is debited but the order is not successfully created, please contact us with the relevant transaction details so that we can investigate the payment status.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship products to locations supported by our available shipping partners.

Estimated delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and may vary because of:

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

10. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Where a product carries a manufacturer’s warranty or an ARCEON TECH warranty, the applicable warranty terms will be communicated on the relevant product page, invoice, or accompanying documentation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, physical damage, water/liquid exposure, incorrect voltage, electrical shorts, crashes, or operation outside recommended specifications may not be covered.

Warranty claims may require inspection or testing before a replacement, repair, or refund is approved.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ARCEON TECH name, logo, graphics, original product photographs, website design, text, videos, illustrations, and other original content provided by us are owned by or licensed to ARCEON TECH and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use our website for personal or legitimate purchasing purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish, or commercially exploit our original content without our prior written permission.

Product names, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property belonging to third-party manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes, network failures, supplier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
